weak air conditioning inconvenient keys
the location was acceptable for getting around the city easily because of the nearby metro station.
I found a significant issue with the air conditioning. It barely worked and made the room uncomfortably warm i also did not like that the hotel used keys instead of key cards it felt outdated and inconvenient.

Charmed by This Hotel!
clean hotel comfortable bed professional staff
The hotel was impeccably clean. I slept soundly in the comfortable beds. The front desk staff were professional. They were always ready to help. I especially loved the breakfast. The variety of European and American dishes was AMAZING!!!
The building work on the fifth and sixth floors created horrendous noise. I couldn't open the windows because of the constant angle grinding. This impacted my stay because my room was warm.

The breakfast had both European and American options available. There were pancakes, cereal, omelets, fruit, and vegetables. Coffee was also available and plentiful. I thought the selection was great.

convenient location respectful staff prompt service
i found the location very convenient with easy access to nearby attractions the staff were courteous and helpful throughout my visit i especially appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the prompt service i received whenever i needed assistance. the breakfast offered a good variety of options and i started my days satisfied.
i noticed some minor wear and tear in the bathroom fixtures that could use some attention but it did not affect my experience.

the location was amazing near many dining and shopping options plus it was very easy to use transit stations. breakfast was delicious. i found the staff quite friendly. the room was always clean and well maintained each day.
the elevator felt small and sometimes slow.

The staff were friendly. the breakfast offered a large selection. I found something new each day. the location allowed easy access to several metro lines. i had a comfortable bed. the bathroom was particularly nice with great water pressure.
the elevator was sometimes slow, i occasionally used the stairs.
